This whimsical tree-shaped sculpture stands proudly in Pittsburgh Park, Pennsylvania. Serving as the park’s signage, the intricate and playful design includes a locking door for cigarette disposal, contributing to the park’s cleanliness. The artwork features detailed elements such as flowers, branches, leaves, and even a bird resting in its nest. Given the elaborate design, it was essential to apply the best protective coating available. The park chose hot-dip galvanizing to safeguard the signage against Pittsburgh’s harsh outdoor elements.
